Terms & Conditions

  • This agreement is between Medical Marketing Solutions (MMS) and the owner/administrator for “practice/business” designated on this application.
  • All practices/businesses are required to keep updated Credit Card authorization on file with MMS.
  • Practice/business will update Credit Card Authorization within 48 hours when notice is presented that transaction was not successfully completed.
  • Billing is done each week on Tuesday, for the prior week’s period covering Tuesday through to Monday.
  • MMS assumes all responsibility for the development of all campaigns, A/B testing, content, landing pages, and videos. 
  • Practice/business agrees not to copy or reproduce any digital assets belonging to MMS. All Landing Pages, Videos, and Content are proprietary assets owned by MMS. 
  • MMS agrees that any lead generated for the practice/business will not be resold to any other practice/business.
  • Lead cost for buyers is $35 per lead. Duplicates or spam leads will not be charged to the account.  A lead is defined as a form filled out with the prospect’s name/phone number and email address.
  • Leads can be forwarded to up to 4 email accounts for notifications. Once a lead is submitted via the campaign, an email notification will be sent to the email account listed for the practice.
  • Practice/business agrees to purchase/pay for a minimum of 20 leads per month $700). MMS will not automatically charge for 20 leads in a month if they are unable to produce the minimum quantity.
  • Practice/business may purchase multiple campaign types (i.e. ED & HRT) and each campaign will be run separately and requires 20 leads per month minimum commitment. 
  • Any changes in campaign type, demographics, etc. must be submitted to info@medicalmarketingsolution.com.
  • To cancel this agreement, MMS requires a 30 day written notice which can be emailed to info@medicalmarketingsolution.com. Practice/business is responsible for meeting minimum lead standards as outlined in these terms and conditions.
  • Receipt for weekly lead generation will be sent to practice each Tuesday after billing has been successfully consummated, and receipt shall include the name, number, email, and time submitted for each lead as an attachment.
  • Medical Marketing Solutions, per their privacy policy, will not share any practice, business, or prospect information with any third party.
